Former CSI Student Body President pleads not guilty in exploitive material case

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The former student body president at the College of Southern Idaho entered a plea in court today on child sex crimes.

According to court documents, 20-year-old Dylan Ray pleaded not guilty to 15 charges of child sexually exploitative material.

The Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and local agencies executed a search warrant at Ray’s home on May 7.

This follows a months-long investigation involving agencies from as far away as New Zealand.

Ray’s pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 18 next year, and the trial is set to start on Feb. 25.
