B.A.S.E. jumper injured after poor landing

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Emergency crews scrambled Thursday night to rescue an injured B.A.S.E. Jumper from the Snake River Canyon floor.

According to Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman, Lori Stewart, the male B.A.S.E. Jumper landed wrong following a jump off the Perrine Bridge around 8:30 p.m.

He suffered unknown injuries and was transported out of the canyon via Life Flight just after 9:30.

But the paramedics told us his condition isn’t critical.

His identity is unknown at this time.
