Kohberger's hearings vacated until later this month
MOSCOW Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — This week’s hearings for quadruple murder suspect Bryan Kohberger have been vacated.
The hearings have been postponed until the 23rd and 30th, respectively.
The opportunity allows for witness testimony and arguments on the defendant’s fourth and fifth motions to compel.
While these hearings are scheduled to be open to the public, that is subject to change if issues arise.
Meanwhile, the motions regarding IGG materials will be featuring in a closed hearing scheduled for May 30.
The hearing for a change of venue is still slated for June 27.
You can catch the proceedings on Judge John C. Judge’s YouTube page.
Kohberger is accused of killing four University of Idaho students in November of 2022 at an off-campus home.
