Annual free fishing day held in Hagerman

HAGERMAN, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —Idaho Department of Fish and Game held their annual free fishing day over the weekend at Riley Creek Pond in Hagerman.
The annual day allows people to come out and enjoy fishing without a license. It’s a chance to interact with fish and game officials to answer questions and get some tips on the sport. They also had gear and tackle for the public to use. For some, especially the younger population. Many who are fishing for the first time.
