Rock Creek Elementary receives support from the community

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —The First Grade Team at Rock Creek Elementary School held a bargain rummage sale today.

The Rock Creek Elementary gym had tables set up with various things to sell.

There were books, games , clothes and even decorations lining the gym.

According to the first grade team, these were all donated and given by the community.

School members and people from the Magic Valley came to find new items to add to their wardrobe or home. All showing their support for Rock Creek Elementary.

“It’s for our first grade team and we’re going to use it to fund various learning activities and materials and enrichment activities for our students,” one of the organizers said.

All of the unsold items will be donated to the USCRI Refugee Center and other local organizations.
