Stay on track: make the proper turn

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The Twin Falls Police Department would like to remind townsfolk about driving safety. When navigating the roads, Idaho Code states you must turn into the lane nearest you when making a turn, this helps the roads be safe for everyone. If needing to get into another lane, you must turn into the nearest, travel in that lane and then signal to change lanes.
Some locations prohibit a left turn and signs will be posted. If there are doubts it is safest to check the route or pull over to reassess your traveling plans.
