Cassia County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate shots fired call

BURLEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — According to the Cassia County Sheriff’s Office, on Jan. 4 at approximately 12:10 a.m., the Cassia County Sheriff’s Office received a call for shots fire near the Panda Express in Burley. The suspect fled the area in a white Dodge Charger traveling South on Overland Ave. Officers located and stopped the suspect near Bedke Ave and Hampton Drive. Two female occupants were detained while they searched their vehicle. While being detained, one female suspect broke out the rear window of the patrol car and was then arrested and booked into the Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center on multiple charges.
No injuries were from the shots fired and no property damage has been located.
The case is still under investigation.
