GOODING, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —Pauline Mae Jackson, a long-time resident of Gooding, Idaho, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Avista Senior Living in Garden City.

She was born December 12, 1935, to Sherman and Beatrice Stump. She grew up and was educated in Gooding, Idaho. On June 16, 1954, Pauline married Robert W. Jackson in Elko, Nevada. Her parents and siblings Shirley Holderby, (Bud), Mary Chigbrow, and Sherman “Jr” Stump (Lillian) preceded her in death. Pauline was a housewife and bookkeeper. Her hobbies included gardening, traveling with Dad to the southwest in their motorhome, and spending time with family and friends at our cabin. She enjoyed go-cart racing as a young woman and spoke of it frequently.

She is survived by her sons, Brent Jackson (Kim) of Anthem, Arizona, and Bob Jackson (Michelle Blair) of Boise, Idaho. She also has two grandchildren, Jenna Jackson (Aaron Palajac) of San Leandro, California, and Bryan Jackson of Ontario, Oregon.

Services will be held at Demaray Funeral Chapel in Gooding, Idaho on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 11 am.
