Shirley, Timothy
January 24, 2025, Age 69
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Timothy Shirley, 69, a resident of Parker, Arizona and formerly of Wendell, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 in Parker.
He was born on April 14, 1955, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Hazel and Seldon Shirley. He grew up in Shoshone, Idaho, with his five siblings, Wilma Leslie, Melvin Shirley, Linda Pearson, Becky Armenta, and Diane Tolman.
He grew up around the farm, which would then later inspire his love and passion for cars, trucks, and all things auto-related.
He met the love of his life, Pam Shirley, around October of 197, and quickly found out that they were meant to be forever. They were later married on January 17, 1976. Their love story continued on for over half a century, and they were blessed with four sons, Timmy, Nathan, Nick, and Paxton. They raised their sons in Wendell, Idaho where he loved to take care of his truck and cars and to help Pam garden. When their youngest graduated, they started their new adventure together on the road, traveling until they found their home in Arizona, where they made their own oasis in the desert.
When he wasn’t working, he loved to spend his time with family and friends on ATVs. They always took the opportunity to go on adventures and go camping. He loved to explore the desert and discover new trails and mines to share with people. Along with his love for the desert, he loved being at home. When it got too hot in the summertime, he didn’t mind being inside and spending time with his dogs watching a Western movie. He loved to sit outside on the patio and watch the sunrise and sunset next to a warm fire and the love of his life.
Tim was one of a kind. He had an endearing smile, a contagious laugh, and the gift to talk to anyone. He was a generous and giving person, and would help anyone in need. If there was one word to describe Tim, it would be loving and he was proud to show it. He loved his family, friends, and the life he and Pam had created. He was the perfect husband, dad, and grandfather.
Tim is survived by his loving wife - Pam; children - Nathan, Nick, and Paxton; grandchildren - Ashley, Kaitlyn, Jordyn, Tristin, and Mackenzie; and great-grandchildren - Bellamy, Everett, and River. He is also remembered by his sisters - Wilma, Linda, Becky, and Diane, as well as numerous beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents - Hazel and Seldon; brother - Melvin; and son - Timmy.
