METEOROLOGIST JORDAN SCHEUFLER - Sunday Evening January 26, 2025

Good evening! A building high pressure system will be over the west coast for the next week. This will cause an inversion to form, which has prompted the NWS to issue an Air stagnation advisory. Temperatures for the next few nights can drop to below zero once again in higher elevations. The inversion will break when a system moves in Friday into Saturday bringing in some much needed precipitation to the area. Tonight, lows in the low teens and single digits, with highs tomorrow in the low-30s and high-20s.
