Jake Manuel Brasil was born and raised in the Magic Valley, living in and being part of many communities from Cassia, Gooding and Twin Falls counties. He graduated from Buhl High School in 2017 with honors and then promptly attended the College of Southern Idaho pursuing a degree in communications.
Jake is very passionate about standing up for others and making sure that every person everywhere is heard and has a voice. He joined the KMVT team in May of 2018 as a part-time Sale Assistant then bridging over to Operations as a full-time operations specialist. After taking a brief break Jake came back to KMVT in May of 2019 as a full-time News Producer and then became a Multimedia Journalist.
