SHOSHONE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Rebecca Kathleen Rose, 62, a resident of Shoshone, Idaho, died on February 17, 2025, at her home.
Rebecca Kathleen Davis was born May 22, 1963, in Gooding, Idaho, the daughter of Eileen (Sommerville) Jones and Edmund Davis Sr.
Rebecca Kathleen Rose, class of 1981, was raised and educated in Shoshone, Idaho. She moved to Gooding to raise her four children, where she worked as the branch manager at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. Later in life, she reconnected with her long-term partner, Rick Oneida, whom she remained with for the duration of her life.
She is survived by her partner, Rick Oneida; her children, Alex Rose, Rachel Rose Fulgham, and Julia Rose; her sister, Trina Martinez; her brother, Ed Davis; and her four grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Daniel Jay Purchase Sr.
A small spreading of her ashes will take place in the spring; the date will be determined for close friends and family.
