TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — April 29 through May 2 is Idaho Gives Week, an opportunity to bring the state together and raise money for Idaho Non-Profits.

This week’s Fit and Well Idaho report tells us about how you can help.

The St. Luke’s Health Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps children with special needs, providing mammograms for those without insurance, help for cancer patients, as well as helping people who are struggling with their mental health.

During the upcoming Idaho Gives Week, people can donate all week to local non-profits, including the St. Luke’s Health Foundation.

“But we do not set a goal because we believe that the communities and people out there will give what they can, every bit of it is a wonderful gift to our patients, every nickel, dime, dollar, so no, we don’t set a goal for it because we want it to be spontaneous, and we want the public to realize that we are after the same thing they are, and that is to help those people who have the needs and maybe can’t pay for them,” said Terry Rowe, with the St. Luke’s Health Foundation.
