Canyon Ridge High School's Jarrett Huff signs to play football with Carroll College
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A Canyon Ridge High School senior signed his letter of intent to continue his athletic and academic career next fall.
Canyon Ridge’s Jarrett Huff signed his letter of intent to play football at Carroll College in Helena, Montana.
Huff switched positions from tight end to defensive line during his high school career and it was a switch that paid off as he began receiving offers after just one camp on the defensive side.
Huff spoke about what his recruiting process was like as well as what drew him to Carroll College.
”I got invited to their camp this summer and I went to one camp and they really liked what they saw so that was pretty much it after that. They’re great {the coaching staff at Carroll} it’s honestly going from one family to another family, I just think the culture up there is great and I have a lot of buddies and friends there too,” Huff said.
If playing on the football field in college won’t be hard enough, Jarrett is planning to major in pre-law which will certainly challenge him off the field as well.
