Man indicted by grand jury for several charges, including kidnapping

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A grand jury indicted a man on several felony charges in Twin Falls County.
Jonathan James Nelson faces seven felony charges, including kidnapping, rape, forcible penetration of a foreign object, attempted strangulation, domestic violence and two counts of video voyeurism.
The alleged incident occurred last month, and the 27-year-old was indicted on Wednesday.
A warrant was issued for his arrest on Thursday.
Nelson made his initial court appearance in felony magistrate court this afternoon.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in district court on Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m.
