CSI hosts enrollment events to end its welcome week
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The College of Southern Idaho hosted its instant enrollment events on Sunday, which aimed to help college students with various tasks.
The event was CSI’s last instant enrollment event as part of their welcome week, during which students return to campus for school.
New and returning students could attend these events to enroll in their classes, buy books, talk to financial aid and get help with pending actions.
Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and Operations Chris Bragg discussed what students should do if they have been unable to enroll in classes.
“This point, if they haven’t gotten registered yet, haven’t got signed up for courses yet, we really would advise them to come in and talk to somebody,” Bragg said. “What we don’t want to do is have somebody maybe get in right into the wire to get enrolled, but not really be mentally prepared and financially prepared to go to school for some courses. We can get them into that, that starts next week. There are also some courses we can get them into. Let’s start again a little bit later in the semester.”
CSI is set to start school on Monday.
