BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Gov. Brad Little is reinforcing his support of border security with Executive Order 2025-03, also known as the Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Act.

On Tuesday morning, Gov. Little was joined by Idaho House and Senate leadership to sign the order.

The federal government enforces immigration laws, but the state supports them by helping those agencies.

“The state of Idaho proudly and unequivocally supports the efforts of President Donald Trump,” Gov. Little said. “Both to increase border security and to ensure the immigration laws on the books are followed.”

Gov. Little said no other state has been to the border more than Idaho since he took office in 2019.
