A new scheduling order has been issued for the Kohberger case

BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A new schedule has been set for the Kohberger case. Per the new order, the Kohberger trial has now been scheduled for August 11 through November 7, 2025.
A hearing remains scheduled for November 7, 2024, for motions to discuss the death penalty . Some other dates and deadlines may have been changed and all information can be found in the new order and can be found on the Cases of Interest page of the Idaho Judicial Branch website.
