Scam call circulating the area

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Twin Falls Police Department is informing residents of another scam call that has been reported around the area.
The police have received numerous reports about a blocked number calling and claiming to be Chief Kingsbury. The calls are reported to have different information, but they are not the Chief.
Twin Falls Police will never call and demand money for missing jury duty, an active warrant or any other reason.
If there are ever any doubts of the call, hang-up and call the dispatch center directly at 208-735-4357.
