Kimberly girls soccer takes down Wendell; Monday’s soccer scores

KIMBERLY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The Kimberly Bulldogs girls soccer team defeated the Wendell Trojans 3-0 in an intraconference matchup on Monday at Kimberly High School.
Wendell was able to generate a few scoring chances early in the game, but it was Haley Bitner, the freshman from Kimberly who opened the game’s scoring.
After taking the 1-0 lead to half, Kimberly really took control in the second half as sophomore Emma Chavez added two more goals and from there it was too much for the Trojans to overcome as the Dawgs come away with a 3-0 win.
