CSI basketball teams finish season sweep of Colorado Northwestern
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Both College of Southern Idaho basketball teams were in action on Saturday as each squad looked to make up ground in the Scenic West Athletic Conference.
After breaking their losing streak on Wednesday to Salt Lake Community College the CSI Golden Eagles women’s basketball team picked up win number two in a row against the Colorado Northwestern Spartans 98-43
Five Golden Eagles reached double figures and Savannah Stoker led the way with 23 points.
The men entered on a two game losing streak, but they also beat the Spartans for the third time this season by a final of 86-75.
Three CSI players hit double figures and Khayri Dunn led the way with 22 points.
Up next both teams host North Idaho college on Saturday with the women set to tip at 1:00 p.m. and the men to follow at 3:00.
