CSI guard Kennedy Gillette named SWAC Player of the Week
Gillette had a season-high 27 points in Saturday’s 69-46 win over Colorado Northwestern Community College.

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The Scenic West Athletic Conference announced Tuesday that College of Southern Idaho guard Kennedy Gillette has been named the Player of the Week.
Gillette had a season-high 27 points in Saturday’s 69-46 win over Colorado Northwestern Community College.
She shot 6/10 from beyond the arc and 62 percent from the floor in a breathtaking performance. Gillette also had eight rebounds in the win.
The Rexburg, Idaho native also scored 11 points and grabbed five rebounds in the 56-53 loss to Salt Lake Community College on Jan. 23.
During the year, Gillette has averaged 14.3 points, five rebounds, and one assist per game.
She and the No. 14 Golden Eagles (18-4, 6-1 SWAC) return home Thursday at 5:00 to face Snow College (12-9, 1-5 SWAC).
CSI won on the road 67-51 when the two teams squared off on Jan. 18.
