YUMA, Arizona (KMVT/KSVT) — The College of Southern Idaho men’s basketball team (11-3) closed out the Arizona Western Invitational with a 92-70 over Central Arizona College on Wednesday.

No. 15 CSI was in firm control, leading by 15 at the half, and shot 49.3 % from the floor in the win.

Isaac Hawkins led the Golden Eagles with his ninth double-double of the season. He scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

Tanner Hayhurst had 14 points and nine rebounds while Walker Timme and Marcus Fizer Jr. Had 12 points each. Dale Griffin was also in double figures with 10 points.

The Golden Eagles will close the calendar year on Dec. 30 at home against Blue Mountain CC.
