CSI Volleyball drops conference opener

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The College of Southern Idaho volleyball team opened their conference slate up in Coeur d’Alene against North Idaho College.
The Golden Eagles were looking to start Scenic West Athletic Conference play on the right foot after a week off, but fell just short in the first set losing 25-23.
They rebounded in the second set tying the match at one with a 25-18 win before dropping another close set in set three 25-23.
CSI was defeated in the fourth set 25-18 as well to lose the match 3-1.
CSI will be back in action next Friday at Salt Lake Community College and again on Saturday at Colorado Northwestern.
