FILER, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The Filer Wildcats hosted the Gooding Senators on Tuesday for a Sawtooth Central Idaho Conference matchup.

Both squads were looking for their first conference win of the season.

Filer got off to a dominant start and wouldn’t look back, sweeping Gooding 3-0.

Senior Reese Hills was dominant for the Wildcats. She led the game with 10 kills and recorded a block.

Sophomore Brekk Bowman had six kills and three digs while junior Ryett Weaver had four kills and eight digs.

Brook Parker added three kills, an ace, and eight digs in the win while Aubrey Westling had 16 assists, four aces, and six digs.

Filer is back in action on Thursday when they travel to take on Kimberly while Gooding squares off with Parma on the road.
