Behind the Business: Stella’s Ice Cream and Coffee

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Stella’s takes their motto seriously.

In addition to the normal treats people would expect at an ice cream shop, the menu offers gluten-free and dairy-free options.

“We serve all kinds,” said Manager Beth Kepner.

Stella’s Ice Cream and Coffee is known for its ice cream, which it offers in a variety of flavors, including classic vanilla and chocolate and unique ones like “Blue Moon” and “All Nighter.”

Guests will never have to repeat a flavor at Stella’s.

“Every month we’ll have new flavors,” Kepner said. “So it’s like no matter what, every single day, you’ll come in and see we have something new. Because we want to be able to offer something different everyday.”

But ice cream is not the only item on their menu. They also offer baked goods and merch, and this is the only Stella’s location that offers coffee.

“So we have a whole coffee menu,” Kepner said. “We do espresso shakes and affogato shakes which a lot of people don’t know about us.”

Guests will only find Stella’s in Idaho, so keeping it local is important to them.

“We work with companies around Boise. Even our coffee is local.”
